Anseo Here opens on Saturday 21st July and can be found on the Visual Arts Trail of the Skibbereen Arts Festival 2018 at the West Cork Hotel. West Cork has been a destination for artists from many different countries over several decades. Anseo Here is an exhibition celebrating the connection many of these artists have with west Cork. Whether they migrated here or grew up here, each artist has a unique relationship with their environment and in this exhibition they share their thoughts on how this link has influenced their life and work.
Donagh will be showing works alongside artists, photographers, ceramicists and sculptors Janet Murran, Geoff Greenham, Diarmuid Breen, John Doherty, Ginny Pavrey, Brian Lalor and Etain Hickey.
